Pack of 10 alternative Christmas rabbit seed packet Christmas cards.  How cute! Each recycled seed packet measures 9 x 12 cm and contains (in a glassine paper sachet – no plastic or foil in our products!) UK-grown UK wildflower species, which are great for all kinds of insects. Sowing instructions are printed on the back of the packets.

If you want to write a Christmas message, you will be able to on the flap on the reverse of the packet.

You will also get 10 recycled envelopes.  To avoid potential confusion, these are seed packets, not folded cards!

What is glassine paper? Glassine paper is an eco-friendly and plastic-free alternative to mass-produced heat-sealed plastic and foil/paper sachets.  Unlike those sachets glassine paper can be recycled and is biodegradable.  It is also resistant to moisture and will keep the seeds dry in the main packet.

Ordered way before Christmas? No problem! The seeds are viable for a few years and are easy to store by keeping them somewhere cool and dry out of direct sunlight.

About the Seeds

There are 7 species of wildflower in this mix, which is our own bespoke mix.  The seeds are grown in the UK and are UK species only – all of them are amazing for insects!   Our seed grower keeps traceable records of their seeds and is inspected annually by DEFRA, so you can be sure you are getting a quality product.  You will get about a gram or so of seeds in each packet, enough to create a 1 metre square wildflower patch.
